Brooke Parker, Ph.D., BCBA, is an accomplished Board Certified Behavior Analyst and organizational leader with more than 14 years of experience directing high-quality behavioral services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities of all ages. She has provided clinical leadership and consultation across homes, clinics, schools, residential programs, day programs, and vocational settings.
Dr. Parker earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2012. Her combined expertise in applied behavior analysis, organizational leadership, staff development, and program management allows her to build effective clinical systems while supporting the professionals responsible for delivering direct care.
Dr. Parker has extensive experience developing individualized treatment programs, conducting behavioral assessments, supervising ABA professionals, training parents and caregivers, and collaborating with schools and interdisciplinary teams. Her leadership approach emphasizes clinical excellence, ethical practice, accountability, professional growth, and the consistent use of data to guide treatment decisions.
